When I started searching for a professional company to take care of my panel upgrade – I ended up with Hotwire Power Group because of all the positive reviews. It’s tough to not deal with a company that has so many happy customers.

We started trying to schedule the work several weeks ago, and the office staff never grew frustrated with me, despite what I consider now to be too many requests regarding dates and times ( made by me). They stayed professional and courteous – and we landed on a date. Permits and contacts were handled for me, and I was always kept informed.

The two electricians that showed up ( on time ! ) first thing in the morning were top-notch. They introduced themselves, and asked to see the work area and related items that I came to understand they would be checking on later when we powered back up. The process was explained to me, and they went about their work.

I am terrible with names, but these two guys worked outside in the rain, kept coming inside as needed, and even changed boots for cleanliness and safety. That’s a small thing, but an important one. Throughout the job, they kept work areas clean, explained things, and kept the job moving forward. This was important because although it wasn’t winter, it was chilly outside and we had no power during the panel swap. I work with tradespeople – and I found it odd that I never heard a swear word once – which is how a professional who works well with the public would act.

The job was completed faster than I anticipated, and their cleanup was more than I thought would take place. I didn’t have to do anything.
