So we just won the Homestars Best Electricians Toronto award for the fifth year (which is a thing). AND we were interviewed by Canadian Contractor Magazine—which, in all honesty, is just as exciting.
But what does that really mean?
For you, it means that you received excellent service from us and weren’t shy about sharing it (thanks for that, by the way).
For us, it means that we need to stay alert and not get complacent. We got to where we are by taking our client’s feedback seriously. Our crews are exceptional, but it’s even more important for us to consistently understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
We’re not perfect, and we don’t claim to be. But we’re always striving to make the process more streamlined. How can we make the renovation go more smoothly? How can we take your lighting needs and design something that goes above and beyond?
Our three office managers and schedulers are critical in organizing our operations by ensuring all the paperwork is ready for the crews, the foremen all have proper material, and the electricians know all the project and client needs before he even steps foot on the site.
