It’s been a long road for HotWire to get to where we are now. There have been plenty of ups and downs but through it all our company resolve has never wavered, our commitment to our customers has remained ironclad and we have made a science of finding and nurturing some of the most talented electricians working in the GTA today.
As the eieihome article points out HotWire began life almost 20 years ago when our founders were still aspiring technicians looking to pick up service calls wherever they could. Their attitude was that there is no such thing as an unimportant job and that’s a driving principle that’s still with us today. Whether you need to wire a new home or are having trouble with the light switch in the kitchen we’re there for you to make sure you and your loved ones are never threatened by the electrical power that makes our modern life so incredibly convenient.
The HotWire Difference
Once we got our feet under us as a company we set out to make HotWire Electric something different. And hopefully, something special. Because the fundamentals of electricity are the same for every electrician on the planet we needed to find our voice, our company identity in something else besides volts and circuit breakers. For us, that something else was customer service.
Whereas most electrical contractors treat customer service as something separate from the work they do in the field we understand the two are fundamentally linked. If you do the job right the first time for the agreed upon price you soon discover that there’s not much need for a customer complaint line. So that’s our focus; to make sure our customers have nothing to complain about. This approach seems to work for them. We’re confident it will work for you too.
Never Stop Learning
As the eieihome article pointed out we firmly believe that learning is a process that never really ends. Our chosen field of electrical contracting itself is one where our ability to remain open to new technologies and their impact on the trade is crucial because those new technologies are affecting and changing the particulars of what we do on an almost daily basis.
